Coaches

Tompkins Philosophy:

Success in our program is being dedicated coaches, teachers and family members so that we are examples to our student-athletes of what we are asking them to become. It is to instill more than just athletic principles into our student-athletes. By the end of their playing career at Tompkins High School, we hope that they will be better athletes and a better people as a result of participating in our program. Our philosophy on coaching stresses hard work, in a fun, engaging environment, and instilling values in our players that stretch beyond the soccer pitch. Our goal for our players is that they can look back and say that they worked extremely hard toward their goals, bonded with their team-mates, had fun, improved as players and as people, and they know, without question, that we care immensely for them. Our ultimate long-range goal—which works hand-in-hand with our overall coaching philosophy—is to establish a winning program year-in and year-out that produces great young adults, productive members of society, great soccer players, and state championships.
